The College developed these By-Laws, Regulations and Policies to inform licensees and the public about the principles the Registrar uses to make judgments and choices about enforcing
- The ǧ½¿Ö±²¥ Act (Canada), and
- The College’s Regulations.
On November 17, 2021 the Council Board of Directors approved amendments to a number of By-Laws, Regulations and Policies. The By-Laws, Regulations and Policies below remain in effect and apply to all College licensees (RCICs and RISIAs). Any references to the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (Council/ICCRC), and associated terminology, are to be read as references to the ǧ½¿Ö±²¥ (College) and its associated terminology.
